Consent and evidence
Submit only information and photographs you have permission to share. Permission to assess a facility does not automatically permit public recognition or publication of identifiable photographs. These permissions must be confirmed separately.
Volunteers and professional providers
An offer of time, equipment or services is an enquiry. Duties, access, competence, safety arrangements, costs and responsibilities must be agreed before work starts. Specialist services require appropriately qualified providers.
Delivery and responsibility
Support is limited to the agreed scope and available funding. Assessments and guidance do not automatically establish full statutory compliance. Facility owners and responsible persons retain their duties.
Progress and concerns
Project changes and outcomes are recorded through the project reporting process. Raise a safety concern, conflict of interest or participation complaint with gj.wentzel@blacksablerisk.com. Do not use this channel for an immediate emergency.
