How to use the Foundation’s website and project information responsibly.

Project descriptions distinguish proposed work, confirmed commitments and completed delivery. Scope, funding and timetables may change as assessments progress. Contact the Foundation before relying on a figure or making a commitment.
A website enquiry does not create an agreement, funding commitment, beneficiary entitlement or tax receipt. Accepted donations, partnerships and services require the relevant confirmation and terms.
Submit accurate information you are authorised to share. Do not upload confidential records, harmful material or personal information about others without permission. The website is not an emergency service.
Foundation branding and original content remain protected. Third-party images retain their own rights and licence information in the image metadata. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Report inaccurate information or a website problem to the Foundation’s contact email. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
